Visit Twin Rivers East Gippsland

Passing within 200m of the Nicholson Hotel is the East Gippsland Rail Trail. The Trail follows the old railway line for 94 kms from Bairnsdale to Orbost and crosses an old wooden railway bridge over the Nicholson River near The Nicholson Hotel.

Within easy driving distance of Twin Rivers accommodation are the rides suggested in the Trail Bike Riding - Bairnsdale and surrounds brochure. In particular the Mount Taylor Mountain Bike Park just out of Bairnsdale, is a mountain bike riding mecca.
